Here is a quick thought: What if your voice mail also pointed customers to your web site?
Maybe you are getting a customer call from a yard sign, or a referral and you aren’t able to answer your call. Why not incorporate your web site address into your voice mail greeting and also point customers to your web site? Here are a few examples you can use to get started:
...visit my web site at MikeMinard.com to view all local listings...
...check out my web site at DeltaGroup.com to search thousands of local property listings...
...see more listings and more photos at MikeMinard.com...
If you haven't already, check out my previous post about driving more traffic to your web site titled Drive More Web Site Traffic - Through Print.

Why haven't I been leave a message about my website. I know that it would be nice. I wish I could find a way to say everything but keep it short. I hate long messages and I am sure anyone calling me must. Well at least they don't have to press 1 to find out about the website prees 2 to leave a message and etc. and then get back to the place they started without reaching me. I also can speak English so I know that will help. I just talked to India about a computer problem. He was reading a book and told me what to do. After 3 1/2 hours problem was solved
Good thought. I can't believe I've never thought of that. It's too simple yet, people call all the time to ask about properties, but you can't answer... Why not send them to the website...
We'll add that to the list. I think we are at 27 ways to drive traffic to your site. How did we miss something as obvious as this.
Thanks for the tip.
