Lead System Update to Track All Lead Sources

Real Estate Brokers, are you looking to save money right now?

One of Delta Media Group's customers has used the Lead Management System to right-size their office staff. Instead of having 14 staff people taking calls at each office they now have 1 full-time and 2 part-time staff people running a "call center" with Delta Media Group's Lead Management System at the center.

Here is how...

The Delta Media Group Lead System gives Administrators the ability to enter new leads manually into the system. Utilizing this system, all leads are tracked and monitored. The following screen shows the Add New Contact button on the right side.

When the Add New Contact button is clicked the following screen will show...

Inside this screen a new lead can be entered. You can even define new lead sources so you can track results from all sources. This is under the Request Source.

Once you start using the Delta Media Group Lead System to manage your leads you will start seeing new lead sources within the lead overview section as seen below.

There is even a new reporting function that shows where your leads are coming from as seen from the screen shot below.

For more information and questions please contact Delta Media Group Customer Service at 1-866-233-9833.

Real Estate Lead Management System Gets Updates

Delta Media Group's Lead Management System has been receiving numerous upgrades in the past few weeks. The latest upgrade further enhances the reporting to web site administrators. This new feature gives more thorough reporting of the lead status showing if a real estate agent has viewed their lead notification, viewed the details of the actual lead, or neither.

As you can see from the screen shot, the three lead status colors are easy to distinguish from each other. Here is what you can distinguish from each of the colors:

Green - You know, without a doubt that the currently assigned agent has viewed the details of the lead within the DeltaNet.

Orange - This indicates that the agent has viewed the notification of the new lead. This is not always 100% accurate due to spam blocking measures within email programs.

Red - This indicates that the lead has not been viewed within the DeltaNet.

One more thing that should be mentioned, when a lead gets re-assigned within the lead system the status will also re-set for the currently assigned agent.

If you have questions about this new functionality please contact customer service at 1-866-233-9833.

Delta Media Group Virtual Slide Show

Delta Media Group is pleased to announce the immediate availability of a FREE virtual slide show powered by Property Pursuit. The slide show is similar to many of the virtual tours on the market and is MLS friendly with no branding so it can be used in the MLS. A URL is available in the DeltaNet for use with the MLS. The URL can be located in the listing edit section under the virtual tour field. We hope this new feature will help save some advertising dollars during these hard times.
