Leads Request Time Display

An update has been added to the leads request display for both the administrator and agent side of the DeltaNet. For each outstanding request, the top right hand corner of each request now shows the time the request was made.

Delta Media Group to speak at annual LeadingRE conference

Delta Media Group's Sean Cutright will be speaking at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World 2009 Annual Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona this week.

Sean is on the FutureTense: Fundamentals of Building a Killer Web Presence panel, which will be held Friday, March 27 from 8:45-10 am.

Sean's co-panelists include: Moderator/Panelist: Jennifer Sciortino, LeadingRE, IL; Gerry Bourgeois, Towne & Country, Realtors, MA; and Stephen Schweichart, Realty Video USA, FL.

CRM Blast System Template Change

Delta Media Group has made a change to the email blast system templates so that every template now has an option to attach a listing or not. This change should provide the most versatility to all users so that they are not forced to use a listing on certain templates.

The option to not add a listing is visible at the top left corner of the setup screen after selecting a template. The button is displayed below as a reference.

JavaScript Removed from Some Lead Forms

Many real estate agents around the country are working to respond to leads in a more timely manner. With this effort, most agents have switch their phones to "smart" phones such as the iPhone, Blackberry, etc. With this push, it has become necessary to improve the compatibility of Delta Media Group's Lead Management System for these smart phones.

In a step towards improved smart phone compatibility, Delta Media Group removed today some JavaScript dependencies from many of the Lead Management System forms. With this change all agents, regardless if they are using the standard Delta Media Group System or the upgrade system, which has full support for smart phones in the Lead Management System, are now able to use the Lead Management System using their smart phone.

With everything that Delta is doing, there is a push to help the real estate agents do more business, more efficiently while being mobile.

Seller Report Column Added to Admin Listing Page

A new column has been added to the listings tab in the DeltaNet on the administrator side. The column will easily show the administrators which company listings have seller reports enabled. Administrators can then follow up with agents that do not have seller reports enabled for their listings because it is a great tool to have traffic stats automatically emailed to the agent and/or the seller.

Leads Date Filter Addition

A new option has been added to the Processed Leads & Contacts tab for both the administrator and also the agent side of the DeltaNet. Previously the leads date filter applied to the last time the lead logged in to their portfolio account. The new option allows for filtering of the create date of the portfolio account. The previous filter is still available as an option. This change will provide administrators and agents the great number of options to filter leads for how they use their lead system.

Pocket Listing MLS ID change

Delta Media Group's Pocket Listing System has been changed so that a user defined MLS ID will only accept alphanumeric characters and a dash or underscore. This was done so that the MLS ID better matches industry used naming conventions.

A note under the Your Listing Number field indicates the change mentioned above.
