Delta Media Group updates 'Listing Reports'

Delta Media Group has updated our recently-launched 'Listings Reports' to display each agents' main office.

As we blogged about last week, Delta Media Group's new Listing Report opens a CSV file that displays agent first name, agent last name, number of listings per agent, number of listings per agent with reports set up, number of listings per agent without reports set up, number of reports set up to agents, number of reports set up to sellers, and number of reports set up to go to both the agent and seller.

With our new update to the report, the last column will show the main office each agent works out of, so real estate website administrators can more easily sort offices and file Listing Reports into a spreadsheet for each office administrator.

Delta Media Group launches new 'Listings Reports'

The next in the line of new reports Delta Media Group released this week is the Listings Report, or reports, depending on how you view it.

Delta Media Group's new Listing Reports make it easy for real estate website administrators to see how many listings each agent has, and of those, how many have set up automated Seller Reports to distribute to their sellers. Though generally the same report, we created it in three different formats for ease of use, searchability and simplified CSV exporting.


The first report displays all agents, whether or not they have listings. The second report displays only those agents with listings. And the third report displays the same information sorted by listings instead of agents.

Upon creating a Listing Report, a CSV file will open that displays agent first name, agent last name, number of listings per agent, number of listings per agent with reports set up, number of listings per agent without reports set up, number of reports set up to agents, number of reports set up to sellers, and number of reports set up to go to both the agent and seller. The type of report will determine how this information is assorted.

All information in the report is located in a different spreadsheet column, allowing it to be easily searched, ordered or imported into another lead or listing management system by the administrator.

Listings Reports are located under the new "Reports" tab in the "Listings" section of the administrative DeltaNet.

Delta Media Group's new 'Agent Lead Detail Report'

This week we mentioned a few new reports Delta Media Group released on the administrative side of our real estate website and lead management systems. We'll address those one by one.

First up is the new 'Agent Lead Detail Report,' located under the 'Reports' tab in the 'Leads & Contacts' section of the DeltaNet. The Agent Lead Detail Report is a summary of all recent leads among a selected time frame, ordered from oldest to most recent. It was built to conveniently display lead details over a given time period to real estate website admins, so they can better track the website's progress and evaluate the type of leads they are receiving.

The report shows the day and time the lead was submitted, the customer who submitted the lead, the agent the lead went to, the type of request submitted (Showing, E-mail, Photo Portfolio, etc.), the type of assignment the lead has (No-fee Referral, Broadcast, Fee-referral, etc.), and whether the lead is still active or not.

The Agent Lead Detail Report can be sorted by date range, allowing administrators to view the details of all leads submitted to the real estate website over the past few days, or during a set prior time period. The Agent Lead Detail Report can also be exported as a CSV file, allowing real estate company admins to save spreadsheets of lead detail reports, or submit them into additional lead management systems.

Delta Media Group releases new 'Reporting' features on real estate websites

Delta Media Group has just released several new reports on the administrative side of the DeltaNet.

Among those are a new lead management report and three new administrative listing reports. Each will help administrators using Delta Media Group's real estate company website and lead management systems to better track their Web interaction among real estate agents and consumers.
