New Mortgage Lead System

Next week, Delta Media Group will release a new Mortgage Lead System that works in conjunction with the Delta Lead Management System. This system enables real estate companies take a proactive approach to capture mortgage leads from their websites. Through this system, mortgage related offers are made to the users of the company website. From the public side, this system will aid buyer users of the company website get pre-approved for a mortgage.

The Delta Mortgage Lead System is very flexible. Like the Delta Lead Management System, it can be configured in a variety of ways. The company can implement the system according to business rules they create. Our test companies are creating leads for their Mortgage Counselors in numbers not seen before. While the system can be unique to the company, in general what most are doing is to create a mortgage offer to website users that initiate a request for information or a showing on a property viewed on the website. The system automatically, (according to business rules designed by the company) distributes mortgage leads to the appropriate Mortgage Counselor. As with the Delta Lead Management System, leads are tracked within the system.
