Importing Contacts into Customer Center

Delta has added a new contact import efficiency feature to the Agent Platform, making it easier for Agents to add new contacts to their Customer Center.

In addition to Customer Center's existing CSV and Top Producer CSV import, Delta has added support for vCard contact import.

Generally most contact management programs would offer a CSV and vCard export option for contacts. Unfortunately the Mac Contacts program only offers vCards imports.  This is why Delta's programming team has added this feature.

Customer List Import Feature in DeltaNet's™ Customer Center

Importing contact lists into Delta's robust Customer Center is simple, using the system' handy import wizard, accessed from the 'Customers' tab (see image below).

Delta's Customer Center also allows Agents to group contacts together and manage them effectively by attaching labels for easy search and organization.

In addition, Agents can have the system auto-create Customer Groups if they had their contacts grouped in a third party contact management program.
