DeltaNet's™ Customer Center Upgraded With New Customer Overview Tab

Anyone that's been with Delta for a period of time knows that we continually innovate and evolve our systems to make them more efficient and improve the user experience.

Our powerful, integrated Customer Center in DeltaNet™puts our users in control of their leads and customers by allowing them to efficiently process, manage and track their leads and customer marketing touch points. Today our CRM system got even better, providing a more streamlined user experience for our customers.

We have released an important update to the Customer Overview screen which makes finding and working with customer information much easier.  We have added a feature that opens your Customer Overview in a new tab, rather that opening in a modal window as it did in the past.  This upgrade allows users to access and make changes to their customer information in a new full size screen, which provides for more space and easier navigation.

Previously, the Customer Overview opened in a modal window within the Customer Center screen (see Figure 1 below).

With this update, each Customer Overview now opens in a brand new tab.  The top navigation has also been streamlined in the update (see Figure 2 below).

In addition to housing important customer contact and personal information, the Customer Overview screen helps prepare sales associates for more informed conversations with their clients.   It provides real time insight into their client's activity, including Saved Searches, Market Reports, Saved Properties, Notes, and To-Do’s associated with that customer.

Each Customer Overview can be found in the Customer Center, located in the Customers tab in DelteNet™(see Figure 3 below).
