New Mobile Platform Features and User Upgrades


Our clients know that we continually innovate and refine our systems to make them more efficient and improve the user experience.  And because of our emphasis on innovation, Delta's real estate platform features some of the most advanced technology in the industry.

This week, we have released several new upgrades and enhancements which provide an improved experience for your mobile website users!




Mobile "Saved Search" Upgrades

We are happy to announce that the method to save searches on mobile websites and apps has been upgraded. With this feature upgrade, facets of the mobile user experience more closely mirror the desktop search experience.  Previously, users would tap the 'Save' button on a search results page and the system would save an 'Untitled' search.

Now, when users hit the 'Save' button, they are taken to a new screen.  Here they can enter a title for this search and select how often to run their search and be notified with results. This new interface also allows users to choose whether or not to save the listings found in their search.

With this release the search saving process is now the same as with the desktop interface.





Mobile App Banners

Our mobile platform now includes “App Banners” that appear for Android and iOS users browsing Delta mobile sites. These banners promote your company's app so users can view the app directly in their device's app store.

When a user visits a site of a company who has a Delta mobile app, they will now see a banner on the home page with a link guiding them to view the app in their device's app store.

From there your mobile users are just one click away from downloading the free app to their device, making it simpler to get to your listings!






'Add to Homescreen' Feature in Chrome for Android

We have added an 'Add to homescreen' feature icon in the Chrome browser for Android, which will save time for your mobile users and make it easier for them to find your company and your listings on their device.

This feature now appears in the main drop down navigation on the upper right of the mobile site's home page.  When a user clicks "Add to homescreen', a branded icon will be automatically placed on the device, acting as a shortcut to your company's mobile website. 

If your company does not currently have a mobile formatted icon for your mobile website, Delta's design experts are able to create one for you!
