Wagner Realty Launches New Website With Delta Media Group

Wagner Realty launched a powerful new consumer website this week, built by Delta Media Group.

A Leading Real Estate Companies of the World member with ten offices and over 200 Sales Associates, Wagner is a leader in real estate sales along the Sarasota and Bradenton areas of Florida's Gulf Coast.

Wagner Realty has had a rich history of success in the region, and is celebrating its 75th Anniversary this year. Wagner received the "People’s Choice Award" (as voted on by readers of the Bradenton Herald) for the best Real Estate company in the area 16 years in a row. Wagner's commitment to its customers and agents has led to its extended popularity, and was demonstrated throughout the launch of its new real estate website.

Wagner management wanted to offer the company's customer base an enhanced online experience while upgrading to cutting-edge marketing technology for Wagner agents. The company also wanted to streamline day-to-day workflow for administrators and sales associates by eliminating third-party software and consolidate several marketing tools into one system.

"We needed a vendor who could consolidate and organize data that was previously only accessible in multiple locations. This was a key business requirement for us going in," said Wagner Operations Manager Natalie Russell. "Delta's platform has helped remove marketing silos for our company and agents. We will now have access to data and reporting in one place that will help us manage our business more intelligently.”

Delta's help through the transition

Delta Media Group Vice President Jonathan Blood recently traveled to Wagner headquarters in Sarasota to help with the transition process and get company administrators prepped on the platform and its powerful tools. 

Wagner management appreciated this level of personal service through the transition. "We called Jonathan and asked if he could be here in three days and, sure enough, he was in our conference room that Friday,” Russell said.  “Jonathan and the Delta Team stepped us through their web platform, making the on-boarding process simple.”

For Delta, a successful transition is predicated on clear two-way communication with the client. “We are not here to change how a real estate business works," Blood said. "We want to listen to needs, then use our technology to define processes that will make businesses more efficient."

Wagner's management team was thrilled with the ease of the transition because of the extensive on-boarding consultation delivered by Delta prior to launch. 

“Throughout the project Delta supported us every step of the way, doing everything they said they would do," said Corinna Decker, Wagner's Web Manager. "We were able to accomplish with Delta Media Group in three weeks what previously would take us almost three years.”  

For mid to large real estate companies, a changeover to a new platform and the on-boarding process for agents can be an ominous task. Delta's management team understands this and puts a strong emphasis on delivering concierge-level service to new clients who transition to the Delta platform.

The new is a dramatic departure from Wagner's previous website.  

Completely redesigned from the ground up, it offers a brand new real estate website experience to customers. The site's modern design incorporates a tile-based vertical scrolling home screen with stunning full-size scaling background imagery, valuable resources and market information. The first tile of the home screen features a centralized search form that also includes links for Annual Rentals, Vacation Rentals and Commercial Listings.

The site's advanced search interface allows users to search by city and state, address, zip, subdivision, school district and MLS number. Web visitors can also search by map via the Interactive Atlas Search, powered by Google Maps. With Atlas Search, users can click and drag their search area, filter results by listing details, and view thumbnail photos before clicking to view the property detail page. 

Wagner's dynamic Residential Search Results page offers multiple views and includes an image scroll quick-look, which allows users to preview each listing before going to the property detail page for more information, higher resolution images, videos and more.

Perhaps the most powerful value of Wagner's new platform is what web visitors won’t see- its back-end management interface, called DeltaNet™. The website is fully integrated with Delta's lead management system, which includes extensive filters for generating, managing, and routing leads through the proper channels.  

On the agent side, DeltaNet™ gives Wagner agents a customizable website and CRM that allows them to work with leads, view recent customer web activity, create to-do lists, view their calendar and more.
